Schiller Warranty Policy
Below is Schiller's warranty policy and procedures. Should you have any issues with your purchase from us, or need assistance with handling warranty, repairs, or replacements, please do not hesitate to CONTACT US.
This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is applicable for purchases made after January 1, 2021 (the “Product”). This Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty made by Schiller Sports, Inc (“Schiller Bikes”) and is provided at no extra charge. Registration is not required. Any claims made under this warranty will require proof of purchase, including date, and supporting documentation (e.g., photo, video, description of incident).
What is covered under this Warranty?
As explained in more detail below, Schiller Bikes warrants the Products for a limited time from the original date of purchase from Schiller Bikes, or its authorized resellers, against defects in manufacturing and workmanship when used normally in accordance to the guidelines and specifications set forth in the Schiller Bikes user manual.
What Products are covered under this Warranty and for how long?
- Bikes Frames: 3 years (not including scratch, dent or paint fade)
- Components: 6 months for non-commercial use
- Inflatable Pontoons: 1 year (not including puncture, tear or damage due to inflation beyond specification)
- Inflatable Front deck: 1 year (not including puncture, tear or damage due to inflation beyond specification)
