Red Shark USA Warranty Policy

Below is RED SHARK USA's warranty policy and procedures. Should you have any issues with your purchase fromย us, or need assistance with handling warranty, repairs, or replacements, please do not hesitate to CONTACT US.

Any RED SHARK USA Product that is found by RED SHARK USA to be defective in materials or workmanship within twelve (12) months of the date of shipment of the Product may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of RED SHARK USA (the โ€œRED SHARK Warrantyโ€). This warranty is void if the Product is modified or damaged from a failure resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, normal and reasonable wear and tear, crash or impact, failure to perform routine maintenance as instructed, improper installation, or use other than that for which the Product was intended. The RED SHARK Warranty does not include any punctures, tears, or rips in any of the paddle board parts of the Product.

In order to make a warranty claim, a copy of the receipt must be emailed to: hello@redsharkusa.com with the word โ€œWarrantyโ€ and the Product serial number(s) listed in the subject line (the โ€œWarranty Noticeโ€). Any Warranty Notice must be received by RED SHARK USA within five (5) days of discovery of the defect to be valid. If a defect is found, RED SHARK USAโ€™S entire liability, SPRY SZN, and Customerโ€™s sole remedy shall be, at RED SHARK USAโ€™S option, free repair or replacement of the RED SHARK USA Product. RED SHARK USA shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages. The warranty does not cover any RED SHARK USA product where the serial number has been altered or removed.
